We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) in our Procurement Department at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

Collaboration on product cost optimization projects - from brainstorming to implementation. This involves real responsibility for sub-projects in close coordination with purchasing, design, production and quality.
Independent coordination of smaller project packages with the aim of ensuring efficiency and a focus on results.
Participation in the day-to-day business of operational purchasing: support with inquiries, orders, supplier communication and deadline tracking.
Insight into strategic purchasing - especially in the development of product group strategies and the preparation of negotiations
Contribution to the further development of our processes through the use of modern tools and technologies - in particular modern AI-based applications to increase efficiency in purchasing.

Your profile:

Studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, or a comparable degree program
Ideally, initial practical experience in purchasing or project management
Analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to work, as well as an interest in modern tools
Enjoy working in a team, as well as very good German and good English skills
High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as motivation to develop further in an international environment
