Your tasks:

Preparation of the pilot plant as well as provision of all required materials and tools for conducting experiments according to instructions
Operation of the equipment and independent execution of experiments both on-site at the customer’s location and internally, in compliance with all occupational safety regulations
Documentation of all process-relevant parameters
Independent execution of analyses as well as sampling for laboratory testing
Packaging of experimental materials and storage in the designated warehouse area
Cleaning and maintenance of the pilot plant equipment and experimental apparatus
Recording and reporting of malfunctions as well as proposing improvements to optimize the condition of the equipment or machinery

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, laboratory technician, process technician, or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of handling hazardous substances and powder processing in the field of mechanical process engineering
Experience using measurement and analysis software for documenting experiments
Independent working style and careful documentation of experimental data
Responsible handling of equipment and materials
Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking
