We are looking for you as Test Center Operator m/f/d) at our office in Leingarten.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of the pilot plant as well as provision of all required materials and tools for conducting experiments according to instructions
  • Operation of the equipment and independent execution of experiments both on-site at the customer’s location and internally, in compliance with all occupational safety regulations
  • Documentation of all process-relevant parameters
  • Independent execution of analyses as well as sampling for laboratory testing
  • Packaging of experimental materials and storage in the designated warehouse area
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the pilot plant equipment and experimental apparatus
  • Recording and reporting of malfunctions as well as proposing improvements to optimize the condition of the equipment or machinery

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, laboratory technician, process technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of handling hazardous substances and powder processing in the field of mechanical process engineering
  • Experience using measurement and analysis software for documenting experiments
  • Independent working style and careful documentation of experimental data
  • Responsible handling of equipment and materials
  • Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking
