We are looking for you as a Team Leader Electrical Assembly (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

Production control within electrical assembly and ensuring error-free assembly through appropriate quality assurance
Coordination of external assignments of electricians during commissioning at our customers’ sites
Assuming responsibility as the appointed responsible electrical engineer (vEFK) for the technical center of the Business Unit Blown Film
Maintaining safety standards by conducting regular safety training sessions
Monitoring and controlling assembly times as well as maintaining and correcting production data acquisition (PDA) data
Shopfloor management and analysis of KPIs, including regular use of the continuous improvement board (CIP board)
Continuous improvement of internal processes as well as development of solution proposals for improvements and problem resolution
Instructing and leading employees (through both ongoing and formally defined annual employee discussions) as well as delegating, coordinating, and controlling tasks
Targeted development and promotion of team members within the available budget as well as implementation of training plans

Your profile:

Successfully completed advanced training as a master electrician (m/f/d) with many years of experience in the electrical assembly of systems, as well as ideally knowledge as a responsible electrical specialist (vEFK)
Several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as in the organization, control, and optimization of assembly processes
Solid technical expertise in control systems, electrical and drive technology, and sensor technology, including the application of quality standards and testing procedures
Experience in shopfloor management, KPI analysis, as well as with lean methods and continuous improvement processes (CIP/KVP)
Confident handling of production data acquisition (PDA) and ERP systems, as well as data maintenance and analysis in production
Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (DGUV, VDE) and conducting safety training sessions
Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
Good written and spoken German and English skills
