Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Blown Film

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Business Unit Blown Film Extrusion at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your Responsibilities:

Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships
Supporting existing customers in Germany and abroad, as well as systematically acquiring new customers
Analyzing customer requirements, advising clients, and developing tailored technical solutions
Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as inside sales, engineering, and service
Conducting contract negotiations with customers
On-site customer visits and representing the company at events such as trade fairs

Your Profile:

A degree in engineering, ideally in plastics engineering or a comparable field
Several years of experience in selling complex capital goods, ideally in special-purpose machinery
Strong communication and consulting skills, combined with confident negotiation abilities
Excellent German and English skills. Further languages, especially Polish or Turkish are an advantage
A strong sense for market developments and business opportunities
A self-driven work style and high level of motivation
Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence
