We are looking for you as an Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Business Unit Blown Film at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

Professional oversight and coordination of all project activities within customer projects
Independent creation, maintenance, and updating of project plans
Close collaboration with the Sales department in implementing project modifications and extensions
Ensuring smooth project communication, including the preparation of status reports, project documentation, and the management of relevant records
Conducting project reviews together with all project stakeholders
Handling and processing customer complaints and claims, including independent troubleshooting of process-related challenges
Carrying out customer visits for coordination, support, and the cultivation of long-term customer relationships

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, etc.), training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or a comparable qualification
Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
Solid understanding of customer project execution (project phases, milestones, quality gates, specifications, etc.)
Willingness to travel
Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with strong team spirit
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools
Analytical, structured, and proactive way of working
