Sales Manager Minerals & Metals (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to manage and further develop a global customer base in the minerals industry.

Your responsibilities:

International sales of complex capital equipment in the field of mechanical process engineering (powder processing and production)
Development of customer-specific solutions for grinding and compaction processes in close cooperation with the technical departments
Management and development of a global customer base
Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and seminars
Regular travel within your sales territories (approx. 25% travel activity)

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. process engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field); ideally with additional business-related qualifications
Experience in selling complex technical systems or in a comparable technical sales environment
Confident user of MS Office; ideally also familiar with the CRM system Salesforce
Very good command of German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
Strong technical understanding as well as intercultural competence
