We are looking for you as Process Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the departments in the identification, design, documentation and modeling of business processes
  • Continuous improvement of our process management system at all necessary levels in the role of system owner.
  • Monitoring the process management system with regard to actuality, functionality and compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards
  • Implementation of suggestions for improvement in the company suggestion scheme

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in a business degree program (e.g. business administration) or comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training in a commercial environment and gained professional experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in the field of business process management
  • Good knowledge of Excel and process modeling software (viflow, ViCon)
  • Results-oriented way of thinking and structured way of working
  • Very good German and good English skills
