We are looking for you as a IT Helpdesk Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

  • First level support by assisting with difficulties and fixing errors
  • Installing and configuring IT hardware as well as rolling out mobile devices for mobile work
  • Assistance with IT team projects
  • Optimization and development of the IT helpdesk

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training. Lateral entry possible with relevant professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, ideally experience with service hotlines and/or ticket processing
  • Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
  • Helpfulness and service orientation as well as the ability to work in a team
