We are looking for you to join our Payroll and HR Controlling team at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:

  • Contact person for a defined support group for all questions relating to pay, tax and social insurance
  • Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting, certification, reporting procedures and communication with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions 
  • Preparation of statistics, analyses and KPIs as part of HR controlling
  • Processing company pension schemes and assisting with processes in the annual financial statements
  • Support with annual personnel cost planning

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or tax law or an equivalent degree. Alternatively, you have completed a degree in human resources management or have a similar qualification
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting and good knowledge of social security law
  • High affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the Paisy payroll program and the metal and electrical collective agreement is an advantage
  • Very good German and a good command of English
  • Conscientiousness as well as an analytical, structured and proactive way of working & ability to work in a team
