We are looking for you as Team Leader Procurement Equipment (m/f/d) at our Headquarters in Augsburg.

What you can expect:

  • To supply our worldwide sold equipment with valuable purchased parts and assemblies in quality, quantity and time - in this way you would like to make a major contribution to the overall success of the company?

  • Would you like to lead a team within our purchasing department for equipment related to our powder & particle process technology on your own responsibility and actively promote and shape this area? Hereby, would you like to report directly to our Head of Procurement and work closely together with our Operations Director Material Logistics Department?

  • Are you committed to visiting suppliers and trade fairs, observing the market and independently deriving necessary steps from it? Are you an expert in the field of contract negotiations?

  • Do you enjoy integrating new suppliers into our supply chain?

  • To bring in your suggestions to ensure lean processing and efficient working methods in purchasing - that goes without saying for you?

Your qualifications and skills:

  • In addition to a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, you will also have the appropriate specialist further training (e.g. Fachwirt IHK). Alternatively, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration or industrial engineering.

  • You have already worked in a comparable position for several years, ideally with an internationally active plant engineering company. Knowledge of special machine construction would be an advantage. You already have sound experience in technical purchasing and experience in team leadership.

  • You already have experience in dealing with ERP systems.

  • You are willing to travel worldwide (focus on Europe, approx. 30% of working hours, short assignments) and have very good German and English language skills.

  • You are characterized by your distinctive strategic thinking as well as your good cost-benefit awareness. Your working style is structured and independent. You bring diplomatic skills and are a driver of necessary changes in the purchasing organization.
