We are looking for you as Sales Manager (m/f/d) Division Compaction for our location in Leingarten close to Heilbronn.

  • Are you a sales person (m/f/d) with heart and soul and do you find the market development and processing of the compacting, pelletising and screen milling industry particularly interesting on an international level?

  • Do you enjoy dealing with customer enquiries from a fixed sales area of your own (e.g. in Europe or in Asia), preparing quotations in special machine construction and supporting customers during trials in the technical centre?

  • Do you want to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction with us and also accompany the customer during Facility Acceptance Tests (FAT) as well as during commissioning?

Your qualifications and skills:

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (e.g. process engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering). Alternatively, you can present a technician's degree in combination with relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a similar technical sales environment.
  • In order to be able to support our international customers, you speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese or Russian language). You are also willing to travel worldwide (approx. 30 % of working hours).
  • In addition to your high level of persuasiveness and ability to think strategically, you are characterised by your ability to work in a team. A very high level of customer orientation, communication and organisational skills round off your profile.
